Buying a gift for someone who boxes can be harder than it looks. They might already own gloves, have a favourite brand or be particular about the equipment they use.

The good news? You don’t need to know every detail of the sport to choose something thoughtful. From everyday training essentials to premium equipment and boxing-inspired apparel, there are options for different budgets and experience levels.

Here is your guide to finding the right gift for a boxer at The Ring Pro Shop in Bali.

1. For Someone Just Starting Boxing

If they’re new to the sport, focus on useful essentials they’ll be able to use regularly.

Hand Wraps

Hand wraps are an important part of many boxers’ training routines. Worn underneath gloves, they help support the hands and wrists.

Options at The Ring Pro Shop include:

SVRG Hand Wraps — IDR 200,000
Rival Hand Wraps — IDR 260,000
The Ring Hand Wraps — IDR 310,000
Fly Monogram 4.5m Hand Wraps — IDR 480,000
Winning 5m Hand Wraps — IDR 650,000

Gift tip: If you’re unsure what to buy, hand wraps are a practical choice. Check the length and the recipient’s preferred style before purchasing.

2. For Someone Who Trains Regularly

For a boxer who is already training consistently, consider accessories that fit into their regular routine.

Mouthguards

A mouthguard helps protect the teeth and soft tissues of the mouth during contact training. It doesn’t eliminate the risk of dental or other injuries, but it is an important piece of protective equipment.

Fairtex Mouthguard — IDR 430,000
Winning Mouthguard — IDR 750,000

Because fit matters, check the specific model and fitting instructions before buying.

Boxing Equipment Deodorizer

Price: IDR 150,000

A useful extra for someone who trains frequently and wants to keep their equipment fresh between sessions. Follow the product label for application and care instructions.

Gym Bag

Fairtex BAG2 Gym Bag — IDR 1,600,000

A practical option for carrying training gear, wraps and everyday essentials. It’s especially suitable for someone who travels to the gym regularly.

3. For Someone Who Takes Boxing Seriously

If they train several times a week or have been boxing for years, premium equipment may be a more memorable gift.

Boxing Gloves

Gloves are personal equipment, so check the boxer’s preferred brand, glove weight, closure style and intended use before choosing.

Some options at The Ring Pro Shop include:

Twins Special BGL1 Lace-Up, 10oz — IDR 1,900,000
Fairtex BGL7 Lace-Up — IDR 2,000,000–2,300,000
Rival RS11V Evolution Velcro — IDR 4,250,000–4,650,000
Fly Superlaces X — IDR 5,500,000
Cleto Reyes Lace-Up — IDR 7,100,000
Winning MS Classic Colour Velcro — IDR 11,300,000–17,000,000

Prices vary by model and, where applicable, size or colour.

Gift tip: If you don’t know which gloves they use or want, a gift card, if available, or letting them choose in person is safer than guessing.

4. For the Boxer Who Loves Their Footwork

Boxing shoes can make a great gift for someone who spends a lot of time on technical drills and ring training.

Options include:

Kangrui Boxing Shoes — IDR 1,500,000–1,650,000
Nike Machomai 2 — IDR 3,120,000
Nike Machomai 3 — IDR 3,380,000–3,950,000
Nike Hyper KO 2 — IDR 4,970,000–5,200,000
Nike Hyper KO 3 — IDR 5,600,000–6,100,000
Winning RS-300 — IDR 9,050,000–9,800,000

Shoes are best bought with the recipient’s correct size and fit preferences in mind. If you’re uncertain, choose together.

5. For Someone Who Spars

For a boxer who regularly spars, protective equipment may be a thoughtful gift. First, check what they already own and what their coach or gym requires.

Headguards

Twins HGL3 — IDR 2,200,000
Fairtex HG4 Full Protector — IDR 2,300,000
Twins HGL10 Face Saver — IDR 4,050,000
Fly Knight X — IDR 4,250,000–4,350,000
Winning FG-2900 Cheek Protector — IDR 10,650,000–14,100,000

Headguards vary in coverage, fit and design. They can help protect against some facial injuries but do not prevent concussions or eliminate the risk of brain injury.

Groin Guards

Fairtex Groin Guard — IDR 1,750,000
Cleto Reyes Groin Guard — IDR 5,650,000
Winning Groin Guard — IDR 11,700,000

Protective equipment needs to fit correctly, so these gifts are best chosen with the recipient’s preferences and requirements in mind.

6. For Someone Who Lives in Boxing Apparel

Not every boxing gift needs to be technical equipment. Apparel is a great option for someone who loves the sport and wants to wear that passion outside the gym.

T-Shirts and Everyday Wear

The Ring T-Shirt — IDR 325,000
Eat Sleep Boxing Repeat T-Shirt — IDR 335,000
The Ring Is Truth Premium T-Shirt — IDR 399,000
Discipline Beats Talent Graphic T-Shirt — IDR 459,000
Boxraw Logo T-Shirt — IDR 670,000
Boxraw Lineal Oversize T-Shirt — IDR 900,000
